Examination Services also scores mid-semester and end-of-semester student evaluations. End-of-semester evaluations are scored using the GSA program. The scoring results include the raw number for each response, omits, mean, median, variance, and subtotal. Turn-around time for end of semester evaluations is also slower than tests because of the large volume of requests for course evaluation scoring at the end of the semester and the heavy testing load. Please note that under special circumstances, an instructor's evaluation may be run out of order.

With a program called Teaching Analysis by Students (TABS), instructors can access feedback from students at mid-term. This is a good way to gauge classroom opinion with time left in the semester to make necessary changes. The TABS program employs a separate 26-question sheet and students make their responses on a mark-sense answer sheet (4521). TABS questions and answer sheets are available at Examination Services. Results include the number of students, the percentage of students selecting each response, omits, mean, median, variance, and subtotal for each question.
